When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases, please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-28 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Is my G7nation shirt a woman or men's size?

G7nation shirts are made in both women and men’s sizes. We also offer some unisex designs. All G7nationa shirts are made with 100% Ring Spun Cotton and are fashion fit. Every shirt that you purchase from Grind 7 is true to fashion cut.

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

The most easiest and effecient way to contact is is through email info@g7nation.com where we aim to reply back within 48 hours.

Why is my order still in "pre shipment"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order is complete. Please contact us if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 5 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 7 business days to process and ship.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be made within 28 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. All discounted or sale items are non-refundable, Final sale.

If I need to return an item do I pay postage?

Yes, you are responsible for shipping charges back to our facility.

How do I do an international return?

International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier:

*Please download, print off, and complete a returns form if you do not already have one.

*Please check that the item is well packaged, and meets all the requirements for shipping

*Ensure to mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.

* Check that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.

How long to recieve my refund?

Allow up to 10 business days for your money to credit your card account. It's dependent upon your bank.

How do I know if my order was successful?

We will email to confirm your order has been received and is being processed.
